Laurent Pradere

Laurent Pradere has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on sustainability and climate impact. Laurent currently works as the Global Sales Director at SustainCERT, where they combine climate expertise with innovative digital solutions to verify climate impact. Laurent has also been a Partner and Board Member at La Fabrique du Futur since 2015, a Think & Do Tank that supports mission-driven entrepreneurs, corporate entities, and NGOs in solving global challenges by consulting, design, open innovation, etc.

Previously, they were the Managing Partner and Chief Sales Officer at Agripolis, a company that designs and installs planet-friendly urban farms, contributing towards improving the food, environmental, and economic resilience of cities and territories. Laurent had also worked as the VP Sales & Marketing Europe at TÜV Rheinland Group, driving sales and marketing operations in Europe for four years.

Before that, Laurent was the Deputy Head of Global Business Unit (Energy) + Global Head of Key Account management team at SGS, where they co-defined the vision and strategy for the energy business, drove new service development projects, and led the deployment of operational management tools and processes.

Laurent has also held senior management positions at Recall, Business France, APC Schneider Electric, and Generix Group, where they were responsible for sales management, key account management, product marketing, and new business development.

Laurent Pradere has a diverse education history spanning across several fields. In 1990, they obtained a degree in Business Law and European Law from the University of Social Sciences at Toulouse 1 Capitole. In 1994, they completed their Bachelors of Science in International Business from The Manchester Metropolitan University. In 1993, they graduated from EDHEC Business School with a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2006, they received an MBA from HEC Paris in Management. That same year, they studied Business in & with China at Tsinghua University. In 2021, they took classes on Urban Farming at Les Cols verts. Laurent is currently pursuing Environmental Engineering at UVED and Biodiversity at Engage Online Academy. In addition to these degrees, they have also taken courses on Design Thinking and Human Centered Design at IDEO & +Acumen.
