Quinten Francken-Bosman

Quinten Francken-Bosman has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Quinten currently holds the position of COO at SustainCERT, starting in October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as COO at Virtuagym from July 2020 to October 2022, where they were responsible for client success, key account management, operations, HR, and recruitment teams.

Before joining Virtuagym, Quinten worked at PhotoBox as the Group Shipping and Procurement Director from July 2015 to July 2020. Quinten served as the Head of International at Whistl UK Ltd from October 2012 to June 2015.

Quinten's career began at TNT Post UK (now Whistl UK Ltd) in December 2009, where they played a crucial role in establishing the international business unit. Quinten developed the customer base in Europe and the Americas, generated a broker model for mail and packet/parcel services, and set up operational processes.

At TNT Post, Quinten held multiple positions, including Consultant International Distribution from August 2007 to December 2009, Operational Area Manager from January 2006 to July 2007, and Operational Team Manager from September 2004 to December 2005. As an Operational Area Manager, they managed a team of 5 operational managers and 160 employees, implemented lean processes, reduced revenue gaps, and optimized labor costs.

Quinten Francken-Bosman pursued their education in a chronological manner starting in 1998 when they attended Maastricht University. During their time at Maastricht University, they also undertook an international exchange program at Universidad del Pacífico (PE) from 2001 to 2002, further specializing in International Business.

More recently, in the year 2021, Quinten Francken-Bosman enrolled at de Baak, where they completed a Strategie Programma, focusing on Business Strategy.
