Talpha Harris

Talpha Harris is an experienced entrepreneur and leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Sustainible since October 2020 and as Founder and Creative Director of Ancient Path Adventures since February 2019, where innovative products designed to facilitate learning about God are developed. Talpha managed the Entrepreneurship Hub at Bridgeway Capital from August 2019 to December 2021 and was instrumental in program development as a Business Accelerator Associate. Earlier roles include Program Assistant at the Shuford Program of Entrepreneurship at UNC Chapel Hill, University Diversity Relations Strategist Intern at GoDaddy, and Co-Founder of Nikao Technology. Talpha has a background in marketing, event management, and public relations, highlighted by founding businesses such as Out of the Box Customs and directing events for Wilmington Fashion Week. Educational background includes a degree in Sustainable Development with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
