Marcus Yarbro has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Marcus started their career in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Electrical and Environmental Craftsman, where they demonstrated their ability to organize work activities, monitor performance, and maintain resources for optimal efficiency. After leaving the military, Marcus joined AutoZone as a Technical Analyst, where they provided technical support and analysis. Marcus then moved on to TruStudent, where they worked as a QA Engineer, ensuring the quality of their products.

In 2014, Marcus joined SoFi as a Lead QA Engineer, responsible for developing tools and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality in application development. Marcus later transitioned to a Product Manager role, utilizing their expertise to oversee product development. Marcus also served as a Technical Trainer, sharing their knowledge and skills with colleagues. Their most recent role at SoFi was as a Senior DevOps Engineer, bridging the gap between operations and development by automating processes and maintaining self-servicing applications.

Marcus joined Edquity in 2020 and held various positions within the engineering department. Marcus started as a DevOps Engineer, then progressed to Senior Staff DevOps Engineer, and eventually served as the VP of Engineering. Marcus recently joined Lunar Foundation as a Director, where they continue to demonstrate their leadership and technical expertise. Marcus is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Sustainment, leading the engineering department and driving innovation.
