Murat Arat

Murat Arat has extensive experience in the dairy industry, currently serving as the Chief R&D and Technology Officer at Sutas since May 1996, where responsibilities include overseeing R&D projects focused on dairy and dairy waste energy, managing industrial investment projects and purchases, and ensuring compliance with food regulations and safety. Prior to this role, Murat Arat held several positions at Mis Süt Dairy Company from September 1993 to May 1996, including Assistant General Manager - Production and Investment Coordinator. Education includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Istanbul University in 1993 and a degree in Food Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University), with additional executive education at IMD in 2018 and ongoing studies since 2007.
