Ulyana Bardyn

Ulyana Bardyn, FCIArb, is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Counsel at Eversheds Sutherland since March 2020 and as an Adjunct Faculty member at Brooklyn Law School, teaching Fundamentals of Law Practice II - International since November 2015. Ulyana has held prominent leadership roles including Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of CPR Y-ADR and Chair of the International Law Committee at the New York City Bar Association from April 2020 to July 2023. Ulyana's editorial experience includes serving as Assistant Editor for North America at Kluwer Arbitration Blog. Prior experience includes positions at Dentons and the International Chamber of Commerce. Ulyana holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Dispute Resolution from Georgetown University and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London, complementing an educational background that includes The Hague Academy of International Law.
