James Heaney has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. James started their career working in marketing for film and music festivals before transitioning into the field of research. James worked as a Marketing Advisor in the arts and culture industry, where they managed campaigns for prestigious festivals and programs. James then worked as a Research Executive, Senior Research Executive, and Research Manager at Razor Research. After that, they served as a Senior Consultant at C Space. James also worked as a Freelance Researcher before becoming a Colleague Insights Partner at Tesco. Currently, they are employed as a Principal Design Researcher at Sutherland Labs.
James Heaney obtained a BA in History and Sociology from The University of Manchester between 2006 and 2009. James later pursued an MA in Cultural and Creative Industries from King's College London from 2009 to 2010.
