Owen-Daly Jones

Owen Daly-Jones has over 25 years of experience in various senior roles in the research and design industry. Owen is currently the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Sutherland Labs, where they lead a team of domain experts and designers across studios in San Francisco and London. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Sutherland Labs, overseeing experience research and creative teams. Before joining Sutherland, Daly-Jones was the Managing Director of Serco ExperienceLab in the UK for 18 years. Owen also worked as an Executive Advisor at PlayableGames, a Senior Consultant at NPL Usability Services, and a Human Factors Researcher at Hewlett-Packard.

Owen Daly-Jones holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of Bradford (1985-1988). Owen later pursued an MA in Anthropology from Goldsmiths, University of London (1991-1992), and an MPhil in Human Factors from the University of York (1992-1995). Most recently, they completed a degree in Archaeology at the University of Oxford (2018-2020).
