Alexander Scheidbach is a seasoned Global Operations Executive with extensive experience in service delivery management. Currently serving as the Global Sr. Account Manager at Sutherland since March 2018, Scheidbach oversees over 700 employees in multi-site operations in the U.S. Prior to this role, Scheidbach held positions at Asurion as an Operations Supervisor, at Alorica as an Account Manager managing 600 FTEs across multiple client campaigns, and at Sitel Group and Arvato CRM Solutions Iberia & LATAM in supervisory roles focusing on call center performance and customer service excellence. Scheidbach began a career in customer service as a Cruise Vacation Planner at Princess Cruises, where foundational skills in customer relations were developed. Alexander holds an Associate's degree from College of the Canyons.
