Amelissa Ramos is a seasoned project manager and process expert with over 15 years of experience in operational productivity, process improvement, and training using Lean Six Sigma tools. Amelissa has led multiple projects resulting in significant cost savings for multinational companies across various sectors including banking and oil and gas. Previously, Amelissa held roles at notable organizations such as Citi and GE, and is currently the Vice President for Process Intelligence at JPMorganChase while also serving as the Director of Service Excellence at Sutherland. Amelissa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from De La Salle University.
