Anand Munoth

Anand Munoth is the Global Head of Service Excellence and Workforce Management, currently serving as Vice President at Sutherland Global Services since 2013. They previously held positions as a General Manager at CAMS and Vice President at iQor Inc. Anand began their career as a Six Sigma Leader at Genpact and transitioned to an Assistant Vice President role. They hold an MBA in Finance and General Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a B.Com in Commerce from D G Vaishnav College. Additionally, Anand is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, with specialties in operations management, financial planning and analysis, and collections management.
