Bob O'Shea

Bob O'Shea has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Bob began their career at Aetna, where they held various roles including Claims Examiner and Agency Automation Supervisor/Analyst. Bob then transitioned to Travelers, where they served as the Manager of Select Commercial Accounts. After that, they worked at The Hanover Insurance Group as the Regional Vice President for the Richmond Branch Office, where they successfully improved the loss ratio and managed agency relationships. Bob also worked at IFG Companies as the Director of Business Development, focusing on driving profitable growth strategies. Bob later joined Teleperformance + Selective Insurance Commercial Underwriting + Landscaping as a Property Casualty Training Specialist. Bob'smost recent role is with Sutherland as the Lead Trainer in various insurance categories. In addition to their insurance career, Bob also worked as an Instructor at Pace University's Lubin School of Business, teaching courses related to real estate and insurance.

Bob O'Shea has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Insurance from St. John's University. Bob also holds additional certifications, including being Non-Resident Property-Casualty Licensed in 48 States + DC obtained in July 2014 and a Virginia Property-Casualty License.
