Karan Ved is a self-driven and results-oriented transformation leader with over 22 years of global experience in Quality, Operational Excellence, and Digital Transformation across the BFSI, E-Commerce, and Retail sectors. They have successfully designed and implemented scalable Quality and Training frameworks, led large global teams, and achieved significant cost savings and operational improvements through AI-led initiatives. Currently, Karan serves as the Director of Quality Assurance at Sutherland, while previously holding leadership roles at Acko, Cogent E Services, and CRED, among others. Karan holds degrees in Hotel Management and English Literature from Bharati Vidyapeeth and Pune University, respectively.
