Paula Heiler

Paula Heiler has extensive experience in executive support and recruitment, primarily at Sutherland from November 2008 to August 2020. In the role of Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer, Paula managed department expenses, coordinated schedules and travel arrangements, handled confidential information, and prepared HR Quarterly Review presentations. As a Sr. Manager of Executive Recruitment, responsibilities included managing the onboarding process for executives to ensure a positive experience during their initial 60 days. Additionally, Paula served as project manager for engagement and communication initiatives, overseeing quarterly recognition dinners and managing employee communication plans while fostering relationships with local charities. Paula holds an Associate's degree in Occupational Studies from Bryant & Stratton College, obtained from January 1986 to January 1987.
