Uvaraja Dilli has extensive experience in the customer support and IT operations sectors, beginning a career in 2001 at Brigade Corporation Private India Limited as a Cyber Rep, eventually being promoted to Grade-II for COMPAQ and HP. Following this, Uvaraja held various managerial roles at Sutherland Global Services from 2005 to 2012, serving as Senior Team Manager and Senior Associate Manager, overseeing multiple production teams and handling client escalation processes. Uvaraja also worked as a Senior Consultant at U.M from 1997 to 2000 and as Assistant Operations Manager at IV Support Technologies from 2013 to 2016. Most recently, Uvaraja is employed at Teleperformance as IT Operations Manager and has taken on the role of Service Delivery Manager at Sutherland since August 2024. Uvaraja holds a BA in History from Loyola College, earned between 1993 and 1996.
