Viany Puerto has a diverse background in leadership training and customer service, with experience spanning several key roles. As Leadership Training Director at Crear Colombia 4, Viany developed programs focused on emotional intelligence and communication, effectively managing training logistics for over 40 participants. At Sutherland, Viany served as a Trainer, designing compliance and customer service training, while also holding positions as Banking Associate, Team Lead, and Team Manager, where responsibilities included payment processing, team supervision, and client experience management.
