Vladimir Safronov

Vladimir Safronov's work experience begins in 2006 when they worked as a Technical Specialist at Ulyanovsk State Technical University. In this role, they were responsible for system administration, hardware troubleshooting, software configuration, LAN routing, and network equipment management. Vladimir worked in this position until 2008.

From 2008 to 2011, Vladimir served as the Head of the IT department at State Health Care Institution "Ulyanovsk regional clinical hospital of veterans of wars". In this role, they supervised employees, conducted market research for software and office equipment procurement, recruited and selected employees for the IT department, maintained office equipment and software inventory, and provided user support. Vladimir also handled the configuration and administration of Windows and Linux servers, set up virtual network infrastructures, and ensured compliance with data protection laws.

Following that, Vladimir joined Razdolie as a System Administrator from 2011 to 2012. Their responsibilities included network resource planning, security policy planning, monitoring and quality control of maintenance and repair works conducted by external organizations, and equipment configuration.

In 2013, Vladimir began working at Bystroden'gi, where they held roles such as System Administrator, Senior System Administrator, and DWH, BI Developer until 2018. During this time, they gained experience in developing data warehouse and business intelligence solutions and excelled in system administration tasks.

In 2018, Vladimir joined Sutochno as the Chief Technology Officer and subsequently transitioned to the role of DevOps Tech Lead from 2018 to 2020. As CTO, they played a crucial role in decision-making regarding the company's technological strategies, whereas in the DevOps Tech Lead position, they were responsible for DevOps-related tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflows.

From 2020 to 2022, Vladimir worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at X5 Retail Group and Waves Enterprise. During this time, they contributed to the design and implementation of DevOps processes, infrastructure automation, and system monitoring.

In 2020, Vladimir also joined FinGular as a DevOps Team Lead, where they led a team in implementing DevOps practices and managed project activities.

In 2021, Vladimir joined Waves Enterprise as the DevOps Team Lead, continuing their leadership role in managing the DevOps team and overseeing project objectives.

In 2021, they also joined the team at B9 as a Senior DevOps Engineer, contributing their expertise in ensuring efficient and reliable infrastructure.

In 2022, Vladimir joined AVO.uz as a Principal Consultant specializing in Cloud, DevOps, and DevSecOps. In this role, they provide strategic guidance and consultancy services related to cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

Vladimir Safronov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ulyanovsk State Technical University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In addition, they possess the certification of "CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator" obtained from The Linux Foundation in June 2021.
