Garrison Beye

Garrison Beye currently serves as Vice President at Sutro Biopharma, Inc., focusing on analytics and process chemistry since August 2022. In this role, leadership has been provided for teams in analytical development, quality control, and process chemistry, supporting multiple clinical programs, including Antibody Drug Candidates. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Quality Control at Bayer, where oversight of a large QC unit and the implementation of continuous improvement strategies resulted in significant cost reductions and enhanced operational efficiency. Garrison has also held director-level positions at Heron Therapeutics and Bayer Pharmaceuticals, contributing to various quality functions and process improvements in biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Garrison's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Saskatchewan and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
