Muaz Sadeia

Clinical Scientist at Sutro Biopharma

Muaz Sadeia began their professional career in 2015 as a Pharmacy Technician at Centeral Avenue Pharmacy, where they gained experience in organizing medications, filling prescriptions, and interacting with patients. In 2016, they took on the role of a Student Researcher at St. John's University, conducting research in biochemistry and focusing on DNA nanotechnology. They led a research project on molecular signal off sensing and performed gel analysis using computer software.

In 2019, Muaz became a Pharmacy Intern at Calvary Hospital, where they continued to expand their knowledge of pharmaceutical practices. They then joined Genentech in 2021 as a Clinical Science Fellow, contributing to early clinical development in oncology. Simultaneously, Muaz also served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of the Pacific, teaching and mentoring pharmacy students.

In 2022, Muaz secured a position as a Clinical Scientist at Sutro Biopharma, Inc., where they are currently working.
