Alex Efron

Alex Efron is an experienced professional in the biotechnology and healthcare sectors, currently serving in Investments & Strategic Partnerships at Sutter Health since July 2025. As the Co-Founder and former CEO of TEZCAT Biosciences, Alex has pioneered therapeutics targeting Ras-driven cancers. Previous roles include Senior Associate at Telegraph Hill Partners, Board Observer positions at various organizations such as Promptly Patient Experience Suite, Frontier Psychiatry, n6 Tec, and GrayHawk Health, as well as an Investment Associate at Spring Mountain Capital and an Investment Banking MBA Associate at Goldman Sachs. Alex holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Pomona College.
