Ayshea Burroughs

Ayshea Burroughs currently serves as the Deputy Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer at Sutter Health, where responsibilities include managing the Revenue Cycle Compliance and leading the Data, Documentation, and Quality Team. Previously, Ayshea held various compliance officer roles focusing on risk adjustment and population health management. In addition to professional duties, Ayshea is the President of the Kiwanis Club since October 2020. Ayshea's career at Sutter Health spans over two decades, beginning as a Customer Service Representative and evolving through positions including Compliance Officer in the Surgery Center Division and Coding/Financial Analyst. Ayshea holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix and has completed a degree in Health Care Administration/Management.
