Christa Smith

Christa Smith, DNP, FNP-C, serves as a Clinical Nurse Consultant at Caretaker Medical since June 2023 and has held the position of Assistant Professor in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Samuel Merritt University since September 2016. Additionally, Christa is a Lead Nurse Planner at CE Group and a Per Diem Nurse Practitioner at Sutter Health, both roles initiated in 2023. Previous experience includes working as a Nurse Practitioner at Senior Doc, Pulmonary Medicine, Infectious Disease & Critical Care Consultants Medical Group, and Med7 Urgent Care Center, among others. Christa holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from UC Irvine.
