Nan Hong

Nan Hong, PharmD, BCPS, is an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager at Sutter Health since April 2019. Previously, Nan served as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at El Camino Health from May 2013 to March 2019 and worked as a Clinical Pharmacist Coordinator at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from January 2012 to April 2013. In the latter role, Nan provided oversight on the management of antimicrobial therapy in collaboration with various departments, developing hospital guidelines and protocols for judicious and cost-effective antimicrobial use. Nan holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from the University of Illinois Chicago.
