Steve Hinz

Steve Hinz is a seasoned professional in architectural design and facilities management, currently serving as Principal Medical Architect at Sutter Health Care since April 2011. In this role, Steve implements a system-wide health care design standard that significantly streamlines new construction processes, resulting in considerable project savings. Prior experience includes a decade at Kaiser Permanente Health Plan, where Steve focused on the design and programming of medical facilities, as well as at Cisco Systems Inc., managing extensive office and laboratory spaces. Steve's early career involved consulting on real estate and facilities for PacifiCare Health Systems and overseeing operations at Cilco Inc. Steve holds a BS in Industrial Design from California State University, Long Beach, and a certificate in Executive Business Management from the Drucker School of Management.
