Tapio Finèr

Tapio Finèr has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Tapio currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of Suur-Seudun Osuuskauppa SSO, overseeing its operations in multiple municipalities with a large customer-owner base. Prior to this, they worked as the Managing Director and later the Sales and Marketing Director at Lantmännen Unibake. Tapio also served as the Marketing Director at Sinebrychoff and Director at Tradeka Oy. Additionally, Tapio Finèr worked as a Partner and Competitive Strategy Advisor at Trout & Partners, specializing in competitive strategies and differentiation. Tapio started their career at Valio as a Sales Development Manager.

Tapio Finèr attended the University of Jyväskylä from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued their MBA degree in Leadership and Strategy.
