Vinod Rao

Vinod Rao is currently serving as the Non-Executive and Independent Director and Chair of Audit Committee at Suven Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Eureka Forbes Ltd. He is also a Trustee at Isha Foundation UK. Previously, he held key roles at Diageo, including Group Treasurer and Head of Investor Relations. With a background in finance and a wealth of experience in the beverage industry, Vinod has also served in various senior finance roles at PepsiCo and ICI plc. He holds a B.Com degree in Commerce from the University of Madras.
