Marissa Kane Crozier

Marissa Kane Crozier has a range of experience in human resources and talent management. Marissa most recently worked at Suvoda as the Vice President of People Operations. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Talent Management at Optymyze, where they were responsible for global strategy and initiatives in human resources. Before joining Optymyze, Marissa served as the Human Resources Director at IMA Consulting, where they built and developed the HR function for the organization. Marissa also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Synygy and a Human Resources Generalist at Applied Card Systems.

Marissa Kane Crozier holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication/Arts from Villanova University. In 2019, they completed a Certification in HR Management and Analytics from The Wharton School. Additionally, they attended Loyola University Maryland from 2000 to 2003, focusing on Communication.
