Mirela Mahmood

Mirela Mahmood has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Mirela began their career as an F&B Assistant at NH Hotel Group in 2007 and later worked as a Sales Representative at Bellini Constructii from 2008 to 2011. Mirela then transitioned to a Sales Representative role at New Map Casa Magica Design from 2011 to 2012. Mirela then embarked on a career in human resources, working as an HR Consultant at Success HR Expert for a brief period in 2012. Mirela then joined Eurolife Consulting as a Senior Coordinating Recruiter & Employer Branding Specialist from 2012 to 2016. Since 2016, Mirela has been with Suvoda, initially as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and later as a Group Lead, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. In their role at Suvoda, they have successfully recruited for various positions, including software architects, .NET developers, front-end developers, and full-stack developers. Mirela is skilled in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to create efficient processes, and interviewing and recruiting top talent across all seniority levels. Mirela has also contributed to improving recruitment effectiveness through the development of measurement tools.

Mirela Mahmood earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from "Spiru Haret" University from 2006 to 2009. In 2020, they completed an online course in Business Strategy from the University of Virginia. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Inspection from ABSOLUTE SCHOOL in 2013.
