Sydney Tay

Sydney Tay, CSM, currently serves as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Suvoda, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing over 10 projects with a budget of $3.5 million, and facilitating process improvements. Prior experience includes working as an Orthopaedic Scribe at Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute, where Sydney documented over 400 patient visits and improved physician efficiency, and as a Learning Assistant at UCLA, effectively leading discussions in Biomedical Ethics. Additional leadership roles include producing the Chinese American Culture Night and serving as President of the UCLA Association of Chinese Americans. Sydney holds a Bachelor's degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UCLA.
