Suvretta House
Livia Sterki is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Restaurantleiter at Suvretta House in St. Moritz since December 2018. Previously, Livia held roles as Chef de Rang at Restaurant Die Waid and Hotel Banana City, as well as Demi Chef de Rang at Hotel Giardino Mountain. Livia's career began at Brasserie Schiller & Goethe Bar, where the role of Chef de Rang was undertaken from August 2014 to August 2016. Educational qualifications include a Gastro Betriebsleiter mit eidg. Fachausweis from Gastro Graubünden obtained in 2020 and a Restaurationsfachfrau EFZ mit Diplom from Allgemeine Berufsschule Zürich ABZ, completed in 2016.
