Mohit Fichadiya

Mohit Fichadiya has had extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Their most recent position was as the Regional Head of Human Resources at the Suzlon Group, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at SHAKTIMAN (Tirth Agro Technology Pvt. Ltd.) from September 2022 to December 2022.

Before these roles, Mohit held various positions at Calderys, starting as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources from September 2015 to June 2018. Mohit then became the Deputy Manager of Human Resources from July 2018 to August 2022.

Prior to Calderys, they worked at Jio as an Officer IR from April 2014 to September 2015. Before that, they served as an Officer HR at Adani Ports and SEZ from February 2013 to April 2014. Their earliest work experience was as an Executive HR at Innovsource from November 2011 to February 2013.

Mohit Fichadiya obtained a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Kachchh from 2007 to 2009. Mohit then pursued a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree from Saurashtra University in Rajkot, completing it from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in English/Language Arts Education from the same institution, spanning from 2004 to 2007. Furthermore, they have obtained several certifications, including "#SAFETOGETHER" from CrossKnowledge in June 2020, "Serious Seven Learning Path" from CrossKnowledge in December 2018, and "Yellow Belt in Operation Awareness Excellence" from CUBIK Partners in December 2017.
