Raman Oberoi

Raman Oberoi has extensive experience in human resources and administration, with a career spanning several decades. At Suzlon Group since May 2004, Raman has developed an online performance management system and implemented target-setting tools for business leaders. Raman also serves as an HR Business Partner for the India Business' BD vertical at Suzlon Energy Limited. Previous roles include HR Administration at WHO NPSP, administrative services at TERI, and auditing at Uptron India Ltd, along with early work as a trainee in finance at Jay Engineering Shriram Group. Raman holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Xaviers Institute of Management Studies and a B.Com in Accounting and Business Management from Delhi University.
