Sanjay Jadhav

Sanjay Jadhav is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on structural analysis in the wind energy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Structural Analysis at Suzlon Group since December 2013, Sanjay leads a team responsible for analyzing wind turbine components with expertise in extreme and fatigue analysis according to GL and IEC guidelines. Previous roles include Research Engineer at Underwriters Laboratories, Senior Engineer at Volvo Aero India, and Engineer at GE Energy, where Sanjay gained substantial experience in thermal and structural analysis, project leadership, and design optimization. Sanjay holds an M-Tech in Mechanical Design Engineering from COEP Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shivaji University, alongside a Coursera certification in management practices.
