Sneha Oberoi

Sneha Oberoi has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Sneha began their career as a Cost Trainee at Maruti Udyog Ltd. in 1999 before moving on to work as a Senior Executive at Price Water House Coopers. Sneha then gained experience as Junior Management at Rockwell Automation India Private Limited.

In 2005, Sneha joined Hyundai Motor India Ltd. as an Assistant Manager. Sneha later transitioned to Volvo Car India, where they held positions such as Business Controller and Chief Financial Officer. During their time at Volvo Car India, they played a crucial role in setting up processes for the company in India and handled complex issues related to transfer pricing and compliance requirements.

In 2016, Sneha became the CFO and VP Finance at Wockhardt Hospitals Ltd, where they contributed to the financial management of the company. Sneha then joined Suzuki Motorcycle India Private Ltd. in 2018 as the CFO and VP Administration, responsible for overseeing various functions including finance, administration, and internal audit. In 2021, they took on additional responsibilities as the Executive Vice President Administration.

Throughout their career, Sneha has demonstrated expertise in business partnering, strategic planning, financial analysis, and establishing processes to ensure profitable growth for the organizations they have worked for. Sneha'sextensive experience and comprehensive knowledge of business operations have contributed to their success in various leadership roles.

Sneha Oberoi has a diverse education history. In 1993-1996, they attended Delhi University and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree. In 1999, they pursued studies at the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, where they earned an ACMA certification in subjects such as Management Accounting and Managerial Economics. In 2014, they participated in the Management Development Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. In 2016-2017, Sneha completed the One Year Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, focusing on Operations, Marketing & Corporate Financial Strategy, Managing HR, Leading Org., and Managing Risks. In 2018, they attended the Strategic Thinking and Leadership Program at the Wharton School. Lastly, in 2020, they completed the Top Management Leadership Skills Program at the Indian School of Business.
