Karen then joined Smith & Vandiver Corporation as a Human Resources Specialist, where they managed employee benefits and compliance, employee hiring and onboarding, performance management processes, licensure tracking, and HR records. Karen later moved up to the position of Human Resource & Safety Manager at Smith & Vandiver Corporation. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Manager, Human Resources & Safety at the same company.
