Ben Grant

Ben Grant is an experienced litigation lawyer currently serving at SV Law since November 2023. Previously, Ben worked as Counsel for the Department of Justice Canada from October 2020 to November 2023 and served as a Partner at Conway Baxter Wilson LLP from September 2013 to September 2020, where Ben also held the position of Associate. Prior legal experience includes a law clerk role at the Federal Court of Appeal from August 2012 to July 2013. Ben's professional journey began in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Signal Operator in the Army Reserve from 2005 to 2010. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Queen's University (2009-2012) and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Manitoba (2005-2009).
