Deborah Perry Piscione

Deborah Perry Piscione is a prominent entrepreneur and thought leader in the fields of AI, web3, and digital transformation. As the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Work3 Institute since March 2023, Deborah focuses on helping companies navigate the transition to AI/web3 environments and redesign employee experiences. Additionally, Deborah is a co-author of the forthcoming book "EMPLOYMENT IS DEAD: HOW REVOLUTIONARY TECHNOLOGIES WILL REVOLUTIONIZE THE WAY WE WORK," set to be published by Harvard Business Review in January 2025. With extensive experience as a keynote speaker and political commentator across major news networks, Deborah also holds leadership roles as Creator and CEO of Alley to the Valley, Managing Director at Sterling Capital, and Chairman of the Board at Oceana AI, among other advisory positions in the web3 space. Deborah's educational background includes a Master's degree in Liberal Studies and International Economics from Georgetown University.
