Gro Kyllingstad

Gro Kyllingstad has a long and diverse work experience in the energy industry. Gro currently holds the position of EVP Safety, Sustainability & People at Sval Energi, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the SVP Norway Production at Spirit Energy from August 2020 to June 2022. Gro also held the role of Subsurface Development and Production Manager at Spirit Energy from December 2017 to August 2020.

Before joining Spirit Energy, Gro Kyllingstad worked at Centrica Energy as a Sub-surface Development and Production Manager from February 2017 to August 2020. Gro also held the position of VP People and Support at Centrica E&P Norway from October 2015 to August 2020.

Their previous experience includes roles at Centrica Energy Exploration and Production as an Exploration and Subsurface Manager from February 2014 to August 2020. Gro also worked as the Manager North Sea at Centrica Energy from May 2011 to February 2014.

Gro Kyllingstad began their career as a Geologist at ConocoPhillips from June 2006 to June 2007. Gro also worked as a Geologist at Gaz de France Suez from August 2005 to June 2006, and at ExxonMobil from August 1989 to August 2005.

Gro Kyllingstad attended the University of Bergen (UiB) from 1982 to 1988. During this time, they pursued a degree in Geology/Sedimentology and successfully obtained a Cand Scient degree.
