Kjetil Bringsverd

Kjetil Bringsverd has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kjetil currently holds a role as an Operational Finance Manager at Sval Energi since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as VP Reporting at Sval Energi from June 2022 to May 2023, and as VP Finance from June 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining Sval Energi, Kjetil held multiple positions at Cairn Energy PLC, including Operations Accounting & Planning Manager for UK and Norway from July 2019 to June 2020, and Senior JV Lead from August 2018 to July 2019. Kjetil also worked at Aker BP ASA as a Senior Consultant in Finance from January 2018 to June 2018.

In addition, Kjetil has prior experience at Hess Corporation, where they served as a Finance Supervisor from January 2017 to January 2018, and as a Finance Specialist from July 2011 to January 2017. Kjetil started their career as a Registered Public Accountant at Erga Revisjon as from December 2006 to July 2011.

Kjetil's early experience includes working as a Principal Consultant at Skatteetaten / Inland Revenue Service from January 2003 to December 2006. Throughout their career, Kjetil has gained expertise in finance, accounting, and consulting roles in the energy industry, particularly in the areas of operational finance, reporting, and planning.

Kjetil Bringsverd obtained a Bachelor's degree in Audit, Finance, Tax, Accounting, and Business Law from the University of South-Eastern Norway from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they pursued Business Administration with a focus on Economics at the University of Agder (UiA) from 1999 to 2001.
