Christina Borin has extensive experience in commercial and financial roles within the renewable energy industry. Christina currently serves as the Group CFO at Svanehøj Danmark A/S. Prior to this, Christina held various positions at Siemens Gamesa and Siemens Wind Power, specializing in sales, service, and project execution. Christina also has a background in industrial business management and holds degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Universität Trier.

Svanehøj designs and manufactures specialised deepwell and submersible pumps for vital applications within fuel, cargo (gas, P&C), and offshore, as well as high-end tank gauging systems for LNG and LPG on vessels and land-based terminals. Svanehøj is also a leading full-scope provider of inspection, service, and calibration of cargo equipment on gas and P&C tankers. Svanehøj's mission is to help power a better future by offering solutions and services that support a rapid transition to renewable energy in the hard-to-abate sectors. At least 95% of Svanehøj's R&D budget is invested in solutions for the energy transition. Our pump technology is compatible with all forms of liquid gas, including LNG, LPG, CO2, ammonia, and methanol. Svanehøj was founded in 1928 by F. Dam – a Danish marine engineer who, after many years at sea, decided to go ashore to use his experience to develop pumps for the marine industry. Today, Svanehøj is owned by ITT Inc. with over 10,000 employees in more than 35 countries. Here, Svanehøj is a part of the Industrial Process (IP) business, which is a global leader in flow focused on highly engineered pumps, valves, and aftermarket services. Svanehøj employs over 400 employees, of which more than half are based in Aalborg (Svenstrup J.), Denmark.
