Emil Hesselholt has extensive experience in the marine and engineering sectors, currently serving as Head of Superintendent for LPG and Team Lead for Superintendents at Svanehøj since July 2022. Prior roles include Owner at EH-Consult, Mechanical Supervisor at ENH Engineering, and Marine Engineer at Nordan Marine A/S. Emil began a career trajectory at Ocean Prawns as a Maskinmesteraspirant and gained valuable experience as a Test Engineer at MAN Diesel & Turbo, focusing on the testing of newly developed engines. Additionally, Emil worked as a Skibsmontør at Nordtek. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Technology Management from Martec Frederikshavn and qualifications from Aalborg University and EUC-NORD in shipbuilding and repair technology.

Svanehøj designs and manufactures specialised deepwell and submersible pumps for vital applications within fuel, cargo (gas, P&C), and offshore, as well as high-end tank gauging systems for LNG and LPG on vessels and land-based terminals. Svanehøj is also a leading full-scope provider of inspection, service, and calibration of cargo equipment on gas and P&C tankers. Dam – a Danish marine engineer who, after many years at sea, decided to go ashore to use his experience to develop pumps for the marine industry.
