Tyler Cheyne (He/Him)

Tyler Cheyne is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in People and Culture leadership. Currently serving as Vice President of People and Culture at Svante since August 2021, Tyler has been instrumental in setting and operationalizing long-term People Strategy aligned with company goals and overseeing Strategic Workforce Planning. Prior to this role, Tyler held the position of Director of People and Culture at Svante, as well as Manager of People Business Partnership at Kabam, where responsibilities included aligning talent goals with business objectives and building high-performing teams. Tyler's career also includes key roles at STEMCELL Technologies, Omicron, and Boyden, focusing on talent development, performance management, and executive recruitment. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources from The University of British Columbia.
