Ali Qamar

Ali Qamar has a diverse work experience. Ali started working as an Avdelingsingeniør at UiO in 2009, and later became a Research Assistant. In 2013, they worked as an Operator at Sector Alarm while also continuing their role at UiO. In 2014, Ali joined Sarstedt AG & Co. as a Product Specialist and Key Account Manager. In 2016, they founded and managed Elite Fightwear. From 2017 to 2020, Ali worked at CALPRO AS as a Sales and Project Manager, primarily focusing on B2B sales of diagnostic kits. Most recently, they joined Svar Life Science AB in 2020 as a Product Manager and then became the Global Technology Manager for Immunoassays in September 2022.

Ali Qamar completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Medical Biochemistry from Kingston University between the years 2005 and 2008. After that, they pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Molecular Biology from the University of Oslo (UiO) from 2010 to 2012.
