Fanny Arvedson

Fanny Arvedson has over 17 years of work experience, starting in 2004 as a social worker/work advisor at Malmö stad. Fanny then worked as a recruitment consultant/consultant manager at Adecco Lund from 2007 to 2012. Following that, they served as an HR manager at Flatfrog Laboratories AB from 2012 to 2016, where they were responsible for operational and strategic HR support. From 2017 to 2018, they were an HR manager at Vidinge Grönt AB, where they focused on driving and implementing change aligned with the company's business strategy and facilitating the corporate values. Currently, since 2018, Fanny Arvedson is with Svar Life Science AB (formerly Euro Diagnostica AB). Fanny first held the position of Vice President Human Resources from 2018 to 2020 and is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
