Frida Pauly

Frida Pauly has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Frida began their career at BioInvent International AB as a Process Engineer, where they were responsible for the large-scale purification of pharmaceutical monoclonal antibodies for clinical studies. Frida then joined Lund University, where they pursued a PhD in Immunotechnology, focusing on identifying cancer biomarkers using affinity proteomics. During their time at Lund University, Frida also worked as a Project Assistant, designing and implementing an improved protocol for analysis of plasma samples. After completing their PhD, they joined Euro Diagnostica AB (now Svar Life Science AB) as a Custom Manufacturing Manager, managing contract manufacturing projects and sales of IVD marked ELISA products. Frida then transitioned to the role of Manager Biopharma Solutions, where they were responsible for sales and product management of cell-based reporter gene assays. Currently, they hold the position of Director Business Development at Svar Life Science AB, where their main responsibilities include establishing the business development strategy, identifying and evaluating new products and technologies, and negotiating in-licensing and collaboration opportunities. Throughout their career, Frida has demonstrated strong skills in strategy development, target evaluation, and agreement negotiation.

Frida Pauly's education history includes a variety of academic pursuits. Frida started their education in 2003 by completing a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering with a focus on Biotechnology Engineering at The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University. In 2005, they briefly studied Art History at Lund University.
