Tanja Knöös

Tanja Knöös has extensive work experience in the field of laboratory management and biomedical science. Tanja currently serves as the Laboratory Manager/Head of QC at Svar Life Science AB since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Laboratory Manager at the same company from March 2022.

In addition, Tanja has experience working as a Volunteer at Röda Korset from December 2022, where they are involved in volunteer work until present.

Before joining Svar Life Science AB, Tanja worked at Wieslab, a Svar Life Science company, where they served as a Laboratory Manager from March 2022 until October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager Laboratory Technicians from September 2020 to March 2022 and also worked as a Laboratory Technician from January 2019 to March 2022.

Furthermore, Tanja gained valuable experience as a Biomedical Scientist at Klinisk Patologi, Immunlab, Skånes Universitetssjukhus from September 2012 to September 2020.

Tanja also has previous work experience as a Research Technician and Lab Technician at Dako, where they worked on various tasks such as immunohistochemistry, testing and optimizing antibodies, cell cultivating, dialysis, ELISA, and microscopy. Tanja also took part in LEAN projects and other operational and research and development projects.

Moreover, Tanja worked as a Biomedical Scientist at the Tissue Typing Laboratory - Clinical Immunology, Vævstypelaboratoriet, Rigshospitalet from October 2006 to September 2007 and as a Biomedical Scientist at Klinisk Patologi Centralsjukhuset Kristianstad from June 2004 to September 2006.

Tanja Knöös obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Laboratory Science from Malmö University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
