Gaurav Sharma

Gaurav Sharma has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Gaurav started their career as an Intern at Bihar State Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Ltc., COMFED (SUDHA) in 2013. Gaurav then worked as an Assistant Manager at Saija Finance Private Limited from April 2014 to August 2015, where they focused on debt and fund requirement analysis.

In August 2015, Gaurav joined Svatantra Microfin Pvt. Ltd as an Assistant Manager in the Corporate Finance department. Gaurav'sresponsibilities included analyzing debt and other funding sources, exploring new funders, and managing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and rating agencies. Gaurav was later promoted to Manager Corporate Finance in April 2018 and then to Chief Manager in April 2023.

Throughout their career, Gaurav has gained expertise in debt and fund analysis, relationship management, and compliance.

Gaurav Sharma obtained a PGDM degree in Finance, General from Chandragupt Institute of Management in 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry from L.S. College, Muzaffarpur from 2005 to 2010. Gaurav also has certifications in CFA Level 1 from CFA Institute and FRM Level l from GARP FRM Program.
