Vrushali Sathe

Vrushali Sathe has a strong background in Human Resources with experience in various roles. Vrushali is currently the Chief Manager - Human Resources at Svatantra Microfin Pvt. Ltd since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Manager - Human Resources at the same company from October 2017 to March 2021. Before joining Svatantra Microfin, Vrushali served as a Deputy Manager HR at Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd from November 2012 to October 2017. Vrushali also gained experience as an HR Executive at By Designer - IMC from June 2011 to October 2012, where they were involved in framing HR policies, aligning the organization structure, and conducting team-building activities. Vrushali started their career as an HR Intern at ICLP Pvt. Ltd. in August 2010, where they worked on recruitment activities such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates and managers.

Vrushali Sathe completed their MBA in Finance & HR from Savitribai Phule Pune University, studying from 2008 to 2011.
