Susanne Wollard

Susanne Wollard has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Susanne started their career at Hewlett-Packard, where they worked as a Purchase Coordinator and later as a Project Administrator in the Outsourcing department. Susanne then joined PIR - Procure It Right AB as a Purchase Coordinator at Tele2, where they were responsible for improving and simplifying purchasing processes.

After that, Susanne worked at Tele2 as a Purchasing Coordinator, where they managed contracts with suppliers and was responsible for spend analysis and financial administration. Susanne also worked on improving and simplifying purchasing systems.

Susanne then joined Altia Plc as a Supply Chain Planner, where they were responsible for purchasing international quality brands and optimizing inventory. Susanne also had customer delivery responsibilities.

Next, Susanne worked at Arvid Nordquist as a Demand Planner, where they owned the Nordic forecast and worked closely with the Marketing and Sales teams in the Nordic countries. Susanne later became a Team Leader in the Supply Chain Food division.

Susanne's most recent role was at Groupe SEB, where they held various positions. Susanne started as a Nordic Demand Manager, where they transformed the Demand team from a country-based organization to a Nordic one. Susanne then became the Nordic Demand and Inventory Manager, leading a team of planners and aligning processes and workflows between inventory and demand planning.

Currently, Susanne is working at Svea Solar as the Global Head of Planning & Inventory.

In 2022, they participated in the Management Workshop at Groupe SEB, focusing on how to be an appreciative manager and develop the team's strengths. Susanne also attended another Management Workshop at Groupe SEB in the same year, learning about creating trust in oneself and others.

In 2019, they completed the Management & Leadership in Action (MLA) program at Value Partnership UK.

In 2000, they studied Marketing at Folkuniversitetet, earning 100p in the subject.

In 1999, they pursued a Presales Engineer certification in Computer Science through Sun Microsystems Education in cooperation with Learning Tree.

From 1997 to 1999, they attended Nackademin, where they studied Computers and Graphics, furthering their knowledge in Computer Science.
