There, they were responsible for performing comparative market analysis of catheter design considerations, devising sales training presentations for national sales representatives, and compiling testing results into marketing materials and technical notes for physicians to improve radiofrequency ablation.
At Slack, Zelby was the enterprise product marketing lead. In that role, they collaborated on research involving the synthesis of metallic nanoneedles by chemical deposition and researched properties of metals and silicon to determine their biotechnological applications.
At Capriza, Zelby was the director of product marketing. Elaine was part of the RAD (Retention, Acquisition, Data) team and increased the designer/affiliate contributor base by 20% through growth hacking techniques. Additionally, they drove $5M in revenue by building and managing Daily Deal Promotions channel and initiated and developed a customer facing Refer-A-Friend acquisition program that drove 20K shares in the first 2 months. Elaine also developed new marketing tools for users after extensive market and consumer research.
Elaine Zelby has a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University as well as a Bachelors in Biomechanical Engineering from the same school.
